NATHAN WEST, 34, of Diamond Drive, Didcot, pleaded guilty to one count of assault by beating in Abingdon on December 5 last year. He was given a period of conditional discharge for 12 months. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £26.

ANTONIO PEREIRA, 43, of Patridge Walk, Oxford, pleaded guilty to drink driving in Oxford on December 30 last year with 104 milligrams of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months, reduced by three months for a course, and fined £400. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £160.

JORDAN TUCKER, 25, of Meadow Way, Yarnton, pleaded guilty to drug driving in Horspath Driftway, Oxford on March 21 this year. He was disqualified from driving for 36 months and fined £350. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £140.

JAMIE HOYLE, 32, of Winston Drive, Banbury, pleaded guilty to drug driving in High Street, Upper Heyford on May 25 this year. She was disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £533. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £213.

SRI RAJASINGHE, 45 of no fixed abode, pleaded guilty to using a handheld mobile phone whilst driving in Thrift Place, Oxford on August 2. He also pleaded guilty to drink driving on the same day with 55 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months, reduced by three months for a course, and fined £300. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £120.

MARC MEAKINS, 37, of Market End Way, Bicester, pleaded guilty to one count of theft from a shop on July 19 this year in Bicester by stealing a ten pack of San Miguel’s to the value of £12.75 from a Sainsbury’s store. He was given a period of conditional discharge for 12 months and he was ordered to pay £12.75 in compensation. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £26.

CHRIS STIMPSON, 34, of Goldcrest Gardens, Didcot, pleaded guilty to drug driving in Station Lane, Witney, on April 1 this year. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £476. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £190.
