The latest court cases in Oxford Magistrates' Court:

LUKE JONES, 23, of The Elms, Preston Bissett, Buckinghamshire, pleaded guilty to one count of drug driving in Horspath Driftway, Oxford on March 23 this year. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £197. There was a victim surcharge of £79.
GARY WEBB, 59, of Madley Brook Lane, Witney, pleaded guilty to two counts of assault by beating on January 13 this year in Witney and October 22 last year of the same victim. He also pleaded guilty to one count of criminal damage on December 23 last year by damaging a mobile phone to a value under £5,000 belonging to the same victim. There was a community order to complete 10 days of rehabilitation activity and to pay £100 in compensation. He was fined £692. There were court costs of £85.
LIAM GODFREY, 30, of Farm Close Road, Wheatley, pleaded guilty to one count of criminal damage on December 2 last year by damaging a Ring doorbell to the value of £30 in Chalgrove. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and ordered to pay £30 in compensation. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £26.
ZOE PHILSON, 50, of Eastfield Road, Witney, pleaded guilty to two counts of vehicle interference on December 16 last year in Witney to a BMW Mini and a Ford KA. She also pleaded guilty to one count of fraud by false representation on July 6 at Witney Service Station by using a stolen bankcard. She pleaded guilty to wo counts of theft by finding on June 30 at Market Square, Witney she found a handbag with £10 in cash, house keys and make up, and on July 5 in Eastfield Road, Witney she found a purse containing a bankcard. She was given a community order to complete 15 days of rehabilitation activity and was made subject to a restraining order. There was no order for costs.
RICHARD KINNAIRD, 43, of Hazel Crescent, Kidlington, pleaded guilty to possession of a Class B drug, namely a quantity of cannabis, on February 18 this year in Oxford. She was given a period of conditional discharge for 12 months. A forfeiture and destruction order was made for the drugs. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £26.
SEAN MILES, 21 of Ferry Road, Marston, pleaded guilty to three counts of harassment and breaching a restraining order. On April 8, May 17and June 10 this year in Thame, he attended an address in Pearce Way, Thame which he was prohibited to do by a restraining order made by Oxford Magistrates’ Court on February 21 this year. He was fined £80. There was no order for costs.
