A trial is due to take place for a man charged with a revenge porn offence.
Kane Swatton, 30, appeared at Oxford Magistrates’ Court on September 13 charged with one count of disclosing private sexual photographs and films with intent to cause distress.
It is alleged that Swatton, on June 28 last year, shared a private sexual photograph or film of a woman in Oxford with intent to cause that individual distress.

The woman in this case cannot be named for legal reasons.

It is unknown where the images were allegedly shared.
Swatton, of Evenlode Drive, Didcot, has denied the offence.
He is now due at the same lower court on October 24 for a mention hearing to fix a trial date.
