Residents can take part in National Fitness Day and get a free pass for gym, pool and classes at all Better leisure centres.
National Fitness Day tomorrow (September 18) is the biggest physical activity celebration of the year.
Run by UKActive, it aims to encourage the nation to get moving and bring people together.
This year it's all about Your health is for life and Better is taking part by helping people Find your fit.

Both members and non-members will be able to enjoy a free National Fitness Day pass (valid on September 18 only) at various locations across Oxfordshire.
These include Wheatley Park School, Bartholomew Sports Centre, Eynsham; White Horse Leisure and Tennis Centre, Abingdon; Abbey Sports Centre, Berinsfield; Thame, Didcot, Carterton, Wantage, Faringdon, Chipping Norton and Henley Leisure Centres.
This will allow you to use the gym, discover a new fitness class or go for a swim.
The National Fitness Day Passes are available via the Better UK app or online at your local Better leisure centre where you can also book ahead.
