MICHAEL GALLAGHER, 43 of James Street, Oxford, pleaded guilty to two counts of possession of a Class A drug, one count of possession of a Class B drug, and three counts of possession of a Class C drug on December 4 last year in Oxford. He was caught with MDMA, cocaine, cannabis, herbal cannabis, and bromazolam. He was given a period of conditional discharge for 18 months and a forfeiture and destruction order was made for the drugs. There were no other orders for costs.

REGOMODITSOE WOODING, 38, of Cherry Tree Drive, Abingdon, pleaded guilty to drink driving in Abingdon on April 21 this year with 58 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. They were disqualified from driving for 15 months, reduced by 15 weeks for a course, and fined £120. There were court costs of £200 and a victim surcharge of £48.

IAN DUNLOP, 37, of Wood Farm Road, Headington, pleaded guilty to three counts of theft and two counts of attempted theft. On June 4, June 6, and June 7, 2022 he stole money from a donations box from St Aloysius Roman Catholic Church. On May 22 and June 8, 2022, he attempted to steal money from the same donations box. He was given a period of conditional discharge for 12 months and ordered to pay £110 in compensation. There were no other orders for costs.

STEPHEN WATKINS, 39, of no fixed abode, pleaded guilty to two counts of thefts from a shop. On April 25 this year he stole alcohol and cleaning products to an unknown value from a B&M store in Bicester, and on the same day he stole £199 worth of alcohol from a Sainsburys store in Bicester. He was given a community order to complete six months of drug rehabilitation and to pay £75 in compensation. There were no other orders for costs.

PRZEMYSLAW CHOMICKI, 34, of Fluellen Place, Upper Arncott, Bicester, pleaded guilty to drug driving on March 13 this year in Shakespear Drive, Bicester. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £461. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £184.
