KYRON AHMED, 22, of no fixed abode, pleaded guilty to possession of a Class B drug, namely a quantity of cannabis, in Abingdon on August 24 this year. He was given a period of conditional discharge for six months and a forfeiture and destruction order was made for the drugs. There was a victim surcharge of £26.

JORDANLEE SCOBBIE, 28, of Seaforth Road, Falkirk, pleaded guilty to assaulting a police officer at Banbury Police Station on May 21 this year as well as one count each of obstructing/resisting a police officer on May 20, being drunk and disorderly in a public place, Stroud Park in Ermont Way, Banbury on May 20, and failing to surrender to court/police bail on June 6. He was fined £623 and was ordered to pay £200 in compensation. There were court costs of £85.

FAHEEM HAQ, 48, of Montgomery, Birmingham, pleaded guilty to two counts of drug driving in Bicester on May 20 this year. They were given a community order to complete 60 hours of unpaid work. They were also disqualified from driving for 20 months. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £114.

GARETH REEVES, 35, of Wykin Road, Hinckley, pleaded guilty to drug driving in Banbury on the M40 on May 13 this year. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £433. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £173.

ALASTAIR PAYNE, 42, of Millfield Close, Marsh Gibbon, pleaded guilty to one count of criminal damage on July 18 this year after damaging a window to an unknown value belonging to someone else in Marsh Gibbon. He was ordered to pay £150 in compensation. There were court costs of £85.

CRAIG MUNGALL, 42 of Mallard Drive, Witney, pleaded guilty to using threatening/abusive words/behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress on July 24 this year in Witney. He was given a period of conditional discharge for 12 months. There were court costs of £85.

AARON PLUCKNETT, 41, of Becket Street, Oxford, pleaded guilty to two counts of sending a threatening electronic communication in Kidlington on September 8 last year by making phone calls which conveyed a threat for the purpose of causing distress or anxiety. He was fined £553. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £221.

SAM BARSHEGHIAN, 35, of Coopers Rise, High Wycombe, pleaded guilty to drug driving on April 15 this year on the M25 between junctions 10 and 9, as well as one count of driving whilst using a handheld mobile telephone. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £120. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £48.
