GEORGIA-MAE GREEN, 29, of Gessey Close, Long Hanborough, Witney, pleaded guilty to failing to provide a specimen for testing in Abingdon on July 1 this year after being suspected of having committed a road traffic offence. She was given a community order to complete 12 months of alcohol treatment with Turning Point and six months of mental health treatment. She will also need to complete eight days of rehabilitation treatment and was disqualified from driving for 18 months, reduced by 18 weeks for a course. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £114.

KYRAN MCCARTHY, 21, of Balmoral Avenue, Banbury, pleaded guilty to one count of theft from a motor vehicle in Banbury on May 24 this year after stealing £19.50 worth of fuel. He was fined £120 and there was no order for compensation. There were court costs of £85.

MOHAMMED ZAFUR, 18, of Allin Close, Oxford, pleaded guilty to drug driving in Oxford on the Eastern Bypass Road on March 10 this year. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £115. There was a victim surcharge of £46.

DARREN BARRETT, 52, of Croft Road, Portland, Dorset, pleaded guilty to drink driving on the M40 near Oxford on July 30 this year with 78 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was disqualified from driving for 19 months, reduced by 19 weeks for a course, and fined £415. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £166.

AMY BRANDRAM, 36, of Roman Way, Bicester, pleaded guilty to four counts of theft from a shop. On July 30, she stole food and alcohol to the value of £65.50 from M&S in Cherwell, on July 13 she stole two baseball caps and two other items of clothing to the value of £29.98 from Sports Direct in Bicester, on July 13, she stole a cordless hoover to the value of £89 from B&M in Bicester, and on July 16 she stole food and household products to an unknown value from a Co-Op store in Bicester. She was ordered to pay £183.98 in compensation. There were court costs of £85.

LEWIS ALNER, 42, of Thames View Road, Oxford, pleaded guilty to theft from a shop on August 14 this year after stealing £45.51 worth of alcohol from Aldi in Broadway, Didcot. He was fined £40 and ordered to pay £30 in compensation. There were no other orders for costs.
