Three men are due to stand trial accused of gang-raping a woman in Banbury.
Damian Sidor, 28, of no fixed abode, Jaraslaw Szklarski, 56, of no fixed abode, and Patryk Kubacz, 30, of Edinburgh Way, Banbury are all accused of sexually assaulting a woman on April 13 this year.
It is alleged that the offence took place opposite Banbury Railway Station in a white outbuilding.

The woman in this case cannot be named for legal reasons.
A jury was sworn into the trial on Monday (September 16) but will not start hearing evidence until Wednesday (September 18) due to an ongoing trial needing to be completed first.
The defendants, all of Polish descent, are in custody while the proceedings are ongoing.
