A trial has collapsed after a man pleaded guilty to sexually assaulting a woman in Oxford in a ‘random and out of the blue’ attack.
Rio Bunce, 21 was due to stand trial at Oxford Crown Court from Monday (September 16) charged with four counts of sexual assault on a female, one count of exposure, and one count of assaulting a female by penetration.

He attacked a woman, who cannot be named for legal reasons, on March 21 in Oxford.
Bunce, of Thames Street, Oxford, had at first denied the offences but pleaded guilty on the first day of his trial.
Judge Ian Pringle decided to adjourn his case for sentence on November 21 to allow for a pre-sentence report to be prepared.
