It will include a three-course meal, drinks, live music, and a fashion show featuring models who are breast cancer survivors.
There will also be an auction of unique experiences donated by supporters and the community.
Angela Unsworth, a member of OBBG, said: "This is set to be a fabulous celebration of the amazing work OBBG does in and around Oxford – with all the models taking part in the fashion show being survivors of breast cancer.
"We hope you can join us on the evening of Friday, October 4."
OBBG was co-founded in 2015 by Professor P.G. Roy, a consultant oncoplastic breast surgeon at Oxford University Hospitals and associate professor of surgery at the University of Oxford.
The charity provides advice, psychological and emotional support, and a safe forum for discussion for anyone affected by breast cancer.
The event is being organised in partnership with GenesisCare, one of the UK's leading specialist cancer care provider.
Tickets and further details can be found on the OBBG website (http://oxfordbreastbuddygroup.co.uk/fashionshow/).
The University of Oxford's Examination Schools will host the evening.
