A train controller has died after falling whilst on an escalator in Oxfordshire.
John Lowe, 79, of Stowford Road, Headington, fell on an escalator whilst he was at the John Radcliffe Hospital.
He passed away on August 18 and his death was verified at 9.28pm. The circumstances surrounding his death are currently unknown.

An inquest was opened into Mr Lowe’s death at Oxford Coroner’s Court on Thursday (September 12).
It was heard that a medical cause of death has been provided as traumatic brain injury and antiplatelets therapy.
Coroner Nicholas Graham will carry out a full inquest into Mr Lowe’s death today (September 13).
Mr Lowe was divorced at the time of his death and had been a train controller.
