A village pub near Banbury held its second community dog walk last weekend following the success of the first one.
Around 50 dogs attended the walk on Sunday (September 8), giving dog owners the chance to meet likeminded people and to socialise their dogs.
Charlotte Prew, landlady of The Roebuck Inn in Drayton near Banbury, organises the walks with Claire Steels, a local dog walker.
The 4.8 mile walk was organised following the success of the first Roebuck Dog Walk held in June.

"It was another fantastic event, with lots of happy, hungry humans and dogs at the end of the walk-ready for their lunches," Ms Prew said.
"We are all overwhelmed with how popular this is."
Ms Steels said: "Sometimes walking your dog can be very lonely and we want to encourage people to build new friendships between the dogs and the humans who come along, we have a very ‘more the merrier’ approach.
"We also introduce people to some different walking routes that they may not have been on before.
"We are incredibly lucky in our area to have some amazing foot paths right on our doorstep."

The pub also offers a 'doggy Sunday lunch' after the walk and all dogs received a free goodie bag full of treats, supplied by LCA Pet Supplies.
"It's always an absolute joy to see all the humans and dogs enjoying each others company over a drink or a meal because that’s the real aim of the walk," Ms Steels said.
The next dog walk is scheduled for Saturday, October 5 at 11am, which will be a 5km walk suitable for dogs young and old.
There are also plans for a Christmas themed walk underway which will take place before the end of the year.
