A jury in a murder trial at Oxford Crown Court has retired this afternoon (September 12).
Bailey Heywood, of Germander Way, Bicester, is currently on trial accused of murdering her boyfriend Dale Bond, 45, of Mullein Way, Bicester on March 13 this year.
The 23-year-old defendant admitted she stabbed Mr Bond twice but claims that she believed he was going to stab her after becoming angry and shouting.

She had denied one count of murder and one count of manslaughter.
After almost two weeks of hearing evidence, the jury has retired just before lunch today (September 12).
It is unknown how long it will take the jury to deliberate on their decisions.
A decision could come back at any stage.
