Police in Oxfordshire have given an update after a 14-year-old boy was hit by a car before the driver then fled the scene.
The incident occurred on the Warwick Road (B4100) in Banbury on Sunday, September 8 at around 2pm.
Thames Valley Police (TVP) officers said earlier this week that a 14-year-old boy had been struck by an unknown vehicle which was reportedly a dark grey or blue VW Golf-style car.
The vehicle was also reportedly speeding and failed to stop after the collision.
