Police have warned the public not to approach a wanted Oxford man after two officers were assaulted.
Thames Valley Police made a public appeal late on Wednesday afternoon asking the city’s residents for help in tracing Aaron Champion.
The 24-year-old is wanted in connection with two assaults on police officers which occurred at around 7.13am on Saturday, August 31 at Evenlode Tower in Blackbird Leys.
Champion is described by police as white with dark ginger, curly hair and short facial hair and a photograph of the wanted man was released as part of the appeal.

Thames Valley Police officers have made it clear that the public should not approach Champion if they see him.
The force has asked people to get in touch with officers if they see Champion in Oxford or elsewhere in the county as the search intensifies.
Investigating officer PC Tori Stackhouse said: “Enquiries have been ongoing to locate Aaron Champion in relation to this assault but we are now appealing for the public’s help.
“If you see Champion, do not approach him and call 999 instead. If you know where he is or may have seen him, please call 101 or make a report on our website, quoting the reference number 43240418384.
