Blenheim Palace will be brighter than ever this winter with a series of new illuminated artworks.

The installations, inspired by nature and festive themes, will be on offer to visitors from November 15 to January 1.

Created by Culture Creative in partnership with Sony Music, the new artworks are part of the Christmas at Blenheim after-dark trail.

Among the new additions is Light a Wish, by OGE Design Group, which visualises dandelion seeds floating through the air, symbolising wishes taking flight.

Poleen, by Pitaya, another new feature, features four large sculptural chandeliers rising out of the water and glowing in various colours and at various paces.

Choir of Trees, by ITHACA Studio, will see some of the estate’s trees covered with strings of light that react to the sound of music.

Matthew Findlay, head of UK trails for Sony Music/RG Live, said: "We are thrilled to be bringing back Christmas at Blenheim for 2024 which will feature incredible, new artistic innovations sure to delight and amaze visitors of all ages.

"The feedback has been fantastic for last year’s trail, but we’re determined to make the 2024 edition the ultimate seasonal experience for all the family."

The new artworks join Blenheim’s existing illuminated trail, featuring thousands of twinkling lights, seasonal scents, baubles, tunnels of light, and woodland and lakeside displays.
