A fish and chip shop on the edge of Oxford has received top marks for its food hygiene.
Harrisons Fish and Chips in Elms Parade in Botley was given five-out-of-five following an inspection by the Food Standards Agency on September 5.
The chippy was nominated as one of 40 finalists for the National Fish and Chip Awards 2024.

A five-star rating means hygiene standards are deemed to be 'very good' at the establishment.
Yo! To Go at Tesco in Abingdon's Marcham Road has also received a five-star rating following an inspection in August.
The Food Standards Agency website states: "Ratings are a snapshot of the standards of food hygiene found at the time of inspection. It is the responsibility of the business to comply with food hygiene law at all times."
