A car was left badly parked on double yellows and the pavement next to a blind people sign in Oxford.
The sighting was made on Monday morning during an Oxford resident's commute to work when they spotted the grey Volvo on Abingdon Road.
Parked at a diagonal angle with the front end on the pavement and double yellow lines, the vehicle had been left jutting out into the road.
The resident, who wished to remain anonymous, was shocked by what they saw but did feel some compassion towards the driver.
