The death of an inmate at an Oxfordshire prison is currently being investigated.
An inmate has died at HMP Bullingdon, near Bicester, on August 28 this year.
The circumstances surrounding the death of Arthur Johnson is currently unknown.

Prisons and Probation Ombudsman is currently investigating the death and will upload its findings on the website in due course.
Advising on how the body investigates deaths, the website states it will look into an inmate’s physical or mental health, suicide, self-harm and substance misuse risks have been managed.
It states it cannot investigate decisions or actions taken by police, courts, hospital staff or coroners. For example, it cannot look into someone’s arrest or offence, decisions made about sentencing or what is said post-mortem.
