AN inquest has opened into the death of a care worker after she experienced a fall.
Fiona Foreman, 59, of an address in Kidlington, died at the John Radcliffe Hospital on August 22 this year.
An inquest opening at Oxford Coroners Court on Tuesday (September 3) heard that she had experienced a fall in the community and was admitted to the Headington hospital on August 8.

She underwent a dynamic screw surgery but following the procedure she had deteriorated.
Her death was pronounced at 2.13pm.
A medical cause of death has been provided as dynamic hip screw, fractured neck of femur, pulmonary embolus, hospital-acquired pneumonia, and alcoholic liver disease.
Coroner Darren Salter has set a date for a full inquest on January 16 at 10am.
