The death of a warehouse assistant is suspected to be from an insulin overdose, an inquest opening has heard.
Luke Clamp, 35, died at the John Radcliffe Hospital on August 23.
The warehouse stock inventory assistant, who resided in Southam, Warwickshire, was admitted to the Headington hospital on August 7 following an accidental insulin overdose.

An inquest opening into his death took place at Oxford Coroners Court on Tuesday (September 3).
It was heard during the proceedings that his clinical cause of death has been provided as hypoglycaemic brain injury, accidental insulin overdose, and type 1 diabetes mellitus.
Coroner Darren Salter has scheduled a date for a full inquest to take place into his death on January 13 next year at 10am.
