AN owner of a south Oxfordshire guesthouse that has gone viral on TikTok said she is 'stunned' by the response to the video, which now has over 10 million views.
The comical video features Christine Brown showing viewers around Fyfield Manor B&B, located three miles from Wallingford - but with a Gen Z twist.
In the video Christine is reading a script written by her daughter, Frannie, who was the brains behind the video.
The video, which now has 10.5 million views and 2.1 million likes, is captioned: "I can confirm she understood nothing she said."

The script included words such as "rizz", short for charisma, and "slay", a term of admiration and praise for someone or something that has grown increasingly popular in recent years.
In a clip featuring a master bedroom, Christine says: "Whether you need to recover from a Brat summer or a menty b, this is the place for you."
Speaking on the video's popularity, Christine told the Oxford Mail: "I am stunned - it took Frannie and I 10 minutes to do, and we just sort of did it for a bit of fun."
"I did check with my daughter that all the words were good words," Christine added.
The duo have been making TikToks since April with the aim of reaching a younger audience, and Christine said that this new way of marketing has resulted in an increase of younger people staying at the 880-year-old guesthouse.
"The thing that I find interesting is [the young people] love the old house, they're really interested in the history," Christine said.
"For me, it's tied up the generation gap and widened my clientele."
One person who commented on the TikTok said the video was "the best advertising [they've] ever seen".
Another person wrote: "Absolutely brilliant. I want to stay immediately to recover from my menty b", with many others saying they are now planning on booking to stay at the family-run guesthouse.
Frannie confirmed that the family run guesthouse has seen a further increase in bookings since the recent video went viral, which she said is "really nice".
The 26-year-old added that the video has even resulted in brands sending the duo free items, such as toilet paper for the B&B.
"It’s pretty wild. I don't think either of us were really expecting the outcome at all," Frannie said.
This wasn't the end of the fun, as another video was posted the day after, showing the bloopers from the house tour.
