A DRIVER has been disqualified after being caught drug driving on the motorway.
Paulo Sena, of Moorlands, Benson, was caught on Saturday, January 13 this year driving on the M6 southbound near Cumbria.
The 43-year-old was caught with 70ug/l of benzoylecgonine in his blood, exceeding the specified limit, after being stopped by officers.

He was caught in a Ford Transit vehicle.
At Carlisle Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, September 3, he pleaded guilty to the offence.
He was given a community order to complete 40 hours of unpaid work. Sena was also disqualified from driving for 17 months.
There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £114.
His supervising court is Oxford Magistrates’ Court.
