A FREE event will be held at an Oxfordshire park this weekend where visitors can make a 'bee hotel'.
The event will take place on Saturday (September 7) in the Garth Garden at Garth Park in Bicester.
Those who attend will have the chance to build a 'solitary bee hotel' out of natural and recycled materials, which can then be taken home and take pride of place in a garden or local green space.

Organisers say the event, which will run from 10.30am until noon, is "suitable for all".
Children 16 and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Although tickets for the event have sold out, according to the website, people can join the waiting list at www.bbowt.org.uk/events/2024-09-07-free-wild-bicester-event-build-bee-hotel-saturday-7th-september
