January 5 this year in Radley, two counts of driving whilst disqualified, driving without third-party insurance and driving without a valid test certificate. He was given a one month prison sentence, suspended for 12 months. He was also made subject to three months of electronic monitoring for three months and ordered to complete up to 15 days of rehabilitation activity. He was disqualified from driving for 24 months. There were no orders for costs.

ROY MANOCK, 41, of Stockmore Street, Cowley, pleaded guilty to one count of sexual assault on a female on June 25 this year in Oxford as well as one count of using threatening/abusive/insulting words/behaviour to cause harassment/alarm/distress. He was given a community ordered to complete 30 days of a Building Choices programme, 33 days of rehabilitation activity and £200 in compensation. He was also ordered to register with police with five years. There were court costs of £85.

ADAM TOMLIN, 27, of Bawdsey Road, Amesbury, pleaded guilty to drink driving on the A34 near Abingdon on July 14 this 70 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was disqualified from driving for 17 months, reduced by 17 weeks, and fined £346. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £138.

STEWART WILES, 49, of St Crispians, Seaford, pleaded guilty to drink driving in Sutton Courtney on July 15 this year with 81 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath as well as one count of driving without third party insurance. He was fined £150. There were court costs of £200 and a victim surcharge of £60.

RAYMOND HART, 687, of no fixed abode, was found guilty on August 16 this year of one count of exceeding the 30mph speed limit on August 15 last year in Warwick Road, Banbury. He was recorded driving 43mph. He was fined £150 and had three penalty points added to his driving record. There were court costs of £200 and a victim surcharge of £60.
