Bridge repairs that were due to take place on the A34 this weekend have been cancelled.
National Highways was set to continue work on the bridge on Oxford Road (A4183) that goes over the A34 in Abingdon.
The A4183 was due to be closed between Dunmore Road and Sugworth Lane.

But Oxfordshire County Council said the planned closure has been cancelled due to a broken down vehicle having to be recovered in the early hours.
Works include replacing of the expansion joints, installation of new kerbs and resurfacing.
Two-way traffic lights were installed and the bridge has been fully closed for four weekends.

Bus services have announced that roadworks at the Lodge Hill junction near Abingdon have been postponed.
A statement from Oxford Bus Company on Saturday afternoon said: "We can confirm that the Lodge Hill roadworks have been postponed, and as a result our services, will be following their regular routes."
