A DRIVER has avoided disqualification after being caught speeding in his Audi vehicle.
Paul Tulley, of Bartsia Road, Bicester, was caught on March 31 this year speeding in Anwick on the A153 Main Road.
The 51-year-old, who was driving an Audi, was caught exceeding the 30 miles per hour speed limit. It is unknown how fast he was driving.

He was charged under the Road Traffic Offenders Act 1984 and appeared at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court on August 29.
Tulley pleaded guilty and was fined £49. He was also ordered to pay court costs of £110 and a victim surcharge of £19.
Three penalty points were added to his driving record. There was no disqualification.
The total amount to pay is £178.
