The latest court cases in Oxford Magistrates' Court:

CHARLIE WARD, 49, of HMP Hewell, pleaded guilty to four counts of exposure at HMP Bullingdon, near Bicester, on May 3 last year. He was ordered to pay £400 in compensation. There were no other orders for costs.

BINGI CARNEGIE, 45, of Centaury Place, Oxford, pleaded guilty to possession of a Class B drug, namely a quantity of cannabis, in Oxford on August 29 last year as well as one count of a Class A drug, namely a quantity of heroin. They were jailed for 12 weeks. There was a victim surcharge of £154.

BRADLEY MILLS, 21, of no fixed abode, pleaded guilty to possession of a bladed article, namely a lock knife, in Oxford on August 13 as well as possession of a Class B drug, a quantity of cannabis, on the same day. He also pleaded guilty to one count each of driving without due care and attention on Barracks Lane, Oxford on the same day on a Piaggio Moped, driving without third party insurance, and driving without a licence. He was jailed for 10 months and had six penalty points added to his driving record. There were no orders for costs.

FRANCIS CHRISTOPHERSON, 34, of George Street, Bicester, pleaded guilty to one count of theft by employee between July 3 and July 5 last year in Bicester after stealing three money bags to the value of £1,665, £1,365 and £1,220, as well as cigarettes to the value of £100 and scratch cards to the value of £232 from Applegreen Petrol Station, Bicester. The total amount was £4,632. He was given a community order to complete six months of mental health treatment and up to 20 days of rehabilitation activity. He was also ordered to complete 80 hours of unpaid work. He was also ordered to pay £1,000 in compensation. There were no other orders for costs.

TIMOTHY HERBERT, 24, of Kings Road, Henley, pleaded guilty to one count of breaching a harassment order made at Lancashire Magistrates’ Court on January 2 this year. He breached the order by calling the complainant which he was prohibited from doing on March 10 this year in Henley. He was fined £450. There were court costs of £450.

SIMON BURNLEY, 49, of no fixed abode, pleaded guilty to two counts of assault of an emergency worker and two counts of racially/religiously aggravated harassment in Bicester earlier this year.  He was jailed for six months and ordered to pay £200 in compensation. There were no orders for costs.
