Albert Reeve, on the extreme left of the picture, was a keen cyclist and a successful fundraiser.
He was one of the stalwarts who took part every year in a charity cycle ride organised by Bicester Round Table and Bicester Ladies Circle.
For six of those years, he won the award for being the rider aged 50 and above who raised the most money.

Mr Reeve, then aged 58, rode for the Trigger Pond pub in his home village of Bucknell, whose regulars provided most of his cash.
He is pictured with other prize-winners in 1981.
Bucknell is a small village about two and a half miles north of Bicester.
