A TRIAL date has been set for a man accused of trying to pay for the sexual services of an underage girl.
William Haslett-Elliott, of Blenheim Drive, Oxford, appeared at Oxford Crown Court on Thursday, August 29, charged with two counts.

The 27-year-old has been charged with one count each of arranging or facilitating the commission of offence of sexual activity with a child and attempting to pay for the sexual services of a girl aged 13 to 15.
It is alleged that on February 8 in Oxford, he had tried to pay for sexual services of a girl aged 14.

The girl cannot be named for legal reasons.
Haslett-Elliott pleaded not guilty to both counts.
He is now due to stand trial on September 29, 2025.
