Richard Hammond has revealed why he has chosen to split from Jeremy Clarkson and James May.
After working together for 22 years on projects such as Top Gear and The Grand Tour, the iconic trio have called it quits professionally.
On July 11th, the company that produced The Grand Tour filed three documents with Companies House declaring solvency, appointing a voluntary liquidator and making a "special resolution to wind up".
The most recently filed accounts by the company indicate an annual turnover of £6 million and assets of £3.8 million according to national reports.

Fans hoping to see Mr Clarkson, Mr May and Mr Hammond together one last time will be able to watch the final Grand Tour special, filmed in Zimbabwe, later this year.
Speaking to Jamie Theakston and Zoe Hardman on Heart Radio ahead of the last-ever episode together, Mr Hammond revealed why the trio were ending things together.
"Because we've been doing it for 136 years,” he said.
“It's going to be later this year, it will be formally announced and we'll come and talk about it."

"Yeah absolutely [it’s an end of an ear], but we wanted to end it at a time, place and in a manner of our choosing and that's what we've done."
The final-ever episode of The Grand Tour will be available to stream on Prime Video from Friday, September 13 onwards.
