A DRIVER has been handed a suspended jail sentence after being caught drink driving in Oxford.
Sajjad Tasib, of Wilkins Road, Oxford, was caught on May 5 this year drink driving on Cowley Road, Oxford in a Yaris TS-4D vehicle.
The 38-year-old was caught with 61 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath.

Tasib was also charged with possession of a Stanley knife and failing to stop a vehicle when required to do so by police.
At Oxford Magistrates’ Court on August 22, he was handed a four month prison sentence, suspended for 12 months.
He was also ordered to abstain from alcohol for 60 days and complete 16 days of rehabilitation activity.
Tasib was disqualified from driving for 28 months.
