A COURT hearing has been scheduled for a man accused of downloading and sending indecent images of children.
James Williams appeared at Oxford Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday (August 27) charged with one count of possessing a prohibited image of a child, two counts of distributing an indecent photograph of a child, and three counts of making an indecent photograph of a child.
The 25-year-old, also known as James Clarke, appeared in the lower court for his first hearing.

It is alleged the offences took place in Banbury between October 2022 and January 2023.
His case has now been adjourned and sent to Oxford Crown Court.
He is due to appear in the upper court for a plea and trial preparation hearing on September 26.
