A cinema is offering the chance to see the latest blockbusters for £4 on National Cinema Day.

The Light at Banbury is offering tickets from £4 across all 13 of their sites on Saturday August 31.

This special offer also includes select showings on Sunday September 1.

If you’re after big screen blockbusters The Light is showing Deadpool and Wolverine, Twisters and It Ends With Us

For those who like darker thrills there is Alien: Romulus, Blink Twice and The Crow.

For families, they have the biggest animations of the year with Inside Out 2 and Despicable Me 4 among others.

Plus if you are feeling nostalgic check out their anniversary screenings of The Terminator, Pulp Fiction and Coraline. 

On Sunday there are also Autism-Friendly screenings away from the hustle of Saturday, plus some of The Light's favourite independent content from this year, and a special event cinema screening of NT Live: Present Laughter. 

There are also offers and promotions across select cinema treats and drinks ranges which will be available  to buy in-venue.
