The latest court cases in Oxford Magistrates' Court:

ANDREW CULLEN, 38, of Clarks Row, Oxford, pleaded guilty to one count of criminal damage after breaking a window to the value of £1,200 belonging to Clarks House in Oxford on July 8 this year. He was jailed for 14 days. There was a victim surcharge of £154.

LEE BRUNTON, 50, of Hemel Hempstead, Hetfordshire, pleaded guilty to possession of a Class B drug, namely cannabis, in Kennington on August 4 this year. He was fined £100 and a forfeiture and destruction order was made for the drugs. There were no orders for costs.

MICHAEL BUTLER, 36, of no fixed abode, pleaded guilty to three counts of failing to surrender to court/police bail on July 2, July 5 and August 1 this year. He pleaded guilty to four counts of theft; on May 29 he stole baby food and confectionary to the value of £70 from a Co-Op, on July 3 he stole two pairs of RayBan glasses and cash to the value of £325 from a man, on July 15 he stole alcohol and air fresheners to the value of £96 from M&S, and on July 5 he stole meat and alcohol to the value of £95 from the Co Op. He also pleaded guilty to one count of vehicle interference which took place on July 4 when he interfered with a white Range Rover. He was jailed for 26 weeks. There were no orders for costs.

RYAN MCBLAINE, 24, of Blay Close, Oxford, pleaded guilty to driving whilst disqualified in Pegasus Road, Oxford on March 24 this year. He was disqualified for six months and fined £120. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £48.

SALAH ZOUINE, 28, of Woodstock Road, Woodstock, pleaded guilty to drug driving in Yarnton on March 8 this year. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £100. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £40.

MARTIN COX, 51, of Couldrey Close, Abingdon, pleaded guilty to one count of religiously/racially aggravated harassment on August 5, two counts of using threatening abusive/insulting words/behaviour, breaching a criminal behaviour order by consuming alcohol in a public place, and one count of common assault. He was given a community order to complete 12 months of alcohol treatment and up to 10 days of rehabilitation activity. There were no orders for costs.
