A Bicester man won in his age group in an Oxfordshire triathlon on Sunday (August 18).
Jonny Williams, a member of Bicester Triathlon Club, won in the 50 to 54 age group at the Oxfordshire Triathlon Series, completing it in two hours 23 minutes.
The triathlon took place at Queenford Aqua Park in between Wallingford and Oxford and was the Olympic Standard Distance.

Bicester Triathlon Club member Debbie Gilbert also competed, completing it in two hours 57 minutes, as well as Mark Richards, who completed it in two hours 53 minutes.
On Saturday (August 17), Bicester Triathlon Club member Carole Gibbs raced the Mallory Park sprint European qualifying triathlon in the east Midlands.
She came seventh in the 50 to 59 age category with a time of one hour 20 minutes.
