A member of staff has been bitten by a customer at a high street supermarket leaving him needing medical attention.
While working at the Co-operative store on the high street in Kidlington, a man in his 20s got into a verbal altercation with a woman on Saturday, August 17 at around 10am.
The altercation escalated and the woman bit the employee, resulting in injuries, which required medical treatment.

The woman is described by police as a Southeast Asian, aged in her early 40s.
She was wearing a grey short-sleeved t-shirt with a logo on the front, blue jeans, flip flops and was using white Airpods, the police added.
Investigating officer PC Will Green said: “Assaults on shop workers are not acceptable under any circumstances and will not be tolerated.
“I would urge anybody who believes that they witnessed this incident to please get in touch with Thames Valley Police, either online or by calling 101, quoting reference 43240395138.
“Alternatively, for 100 per cent anonymity, you can also call the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
