CHARLIE WINWOOD, 26, of no fixed abode, pleaded guilty to one count of theft on July 7 this year after taking a toaster and coffee maker to the value of £78 from Asda Living in Oxford, and one count of failing to surrender to police/court bail on July 31 this year in Oxford. He was given a community order to complete nine months of rehabilitation treatment with Turning Point and 10 days of rehabilitation activity. He was also ordered to pay £78 in compensation. There were no orders for costs.

MICHAEL COUGHLAN, 78, of Moulsford, Wallingford, pleaded guilty to drink driving in Reading Road, Moulsford on July 9 this year with 55 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months, reduced by three months for a course, and fined £692. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £277.

MUHAMMAD HASHMI, 61, of Knott Oaks, Witney, pleaded guilty to driving without third party insurance in Witney on December 2 last year. He was given an absolute discharge for ‘special reasons’. There were no orders for costs.

BRADLEY HARRISON, 21 of Upper Lambourn, Hungerford, pleaded guilty to drug driving on November 18 last year. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £100. There were no other orders for costs.

MICHELLE BONE, 36, of Launton Road, Bicester, pleaded guilty to remaining/entering a closed premise in Harebell Way, Bicester on August 2 this year. She was given an absolute discharge. There were no orders for costs.

ALBION BAJREKTARI, 28, of Cricket Road, Oxford, pleaded guilty to two counts of drug driving on January 11 this year on the A40 westbound, driving without third party insurance and driving without a licence. He was jailed for 28 days. There was a victim surcharge of £154.

ZACHARY SPENCER, 19, of Great Western Drive, Didcot, pleaded guilty to one count of common assault of an emergency worker and assault by beating of an emergency worker on December 29 last year in Abingdon. He was given a community order to complete 100 hours of unpaid work and he was ordered to pay £75 in compensation. There were no other orders for costs.
