A village pub near Abingdon has received top marks for its food hygiene.
The Blue Boar at Longworth near Abingdon received a five-out-of-five food hygiene rating following an assessment on March 27, the Food Standards Agency says.
This means that food hygiene standards are deemed to be 'very good' at the establishment in Tucks Lane.

It means that of the Vale of White Horse's 104 pubs, bars and nightclubs with ratings, 67 (64 per cent) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings
The food hygiene rating scheme is on a scale from five to zero with the latter meaning 'urgent improvement is required'.
Businesses will display their ratings at premises and online to help the public "make more informed choices about where to buy and eat food".
