LUIS LEE, 20, of Bonar Road, Headington, pleaded guilty to obstructing a constable in his execution of his duty on July 1 this year as well as using threatening, abusive or insulting words/behaviour with intention to cause harassment, alarm or distress and one count of assault by beating. He was given a community order to abstain from alcohol for 120 days and was made subject to electronic monitoring. He was also ordered to complete 20 days of rehabilitation activity. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £114.

MICHELLE BONE, 36, of Launton Road, Bicester, pleaded guilty to driving while disqualified on July 8 this year, two counts of possession of a Class A drug, namely heroin and crack cocaine, and driving without third party insurance. She was given a community order to complete six months of mental health treatment and eight days of rehabilitation activity. A forfeiture and destruction order was made for the drugs. She was also disqualified from driving for nine months. There were no orders for costs.

AMADEU GUIMARAES JUNIOR, 50, of Eider Way, Didcot, pleaded guilty to driving in Marcham on April 21 last year without third party insurance. They were fined £200 and had six penalty points added to her driving record. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £80.

SHELDON CADOGAN, 29, of Ladenham Road, Oxford, pleaded guilty to possession of a Class B drug, namely cannabis, on October 14 last year in Didcot, as well as two counts of drug driving on the same day. A forfeiture and destruction order was made for the drugs. He was also disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £500. There were also court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £260.

COLIN WILTON, 36, of Wessex Way, Maidenhead, pleaded guilty to possession of a Class A drug, namely cocaine, on the Oxford Road, Oxford on March 29 this year. He was given a community order and excluded from Oxford City as defined by the Ring Road for three months. A forfeiture and destruction order was made for the drugs. There were court costs of £36.

SULTAN AHMED, 44, of Cardigan Street, Oxford, pleaded guilty to failing to provide a specimen of urine for testing on May 26 last year. He was given a community order to complete 12 months of alcohol treatment and 30 days of a specified programme. He will also need to complete five rehabilitation activity days and was fined £160. He was disqualified from driving for four years.
