Guy Ritchie is rumoured to be filming a Hollywood movie at Oxford University.
Mansfield Road in the city centre was closed earlier this week to allow for the shooting of an upcoming film which is being filmed in the city.
Parking was not allowed as the road was cordoned off by various traffic cones on Monday evening with no spaces left.
One local, who wished to remain anonymous, told the Oxford Mail: “No parking is allowed due to a Hollywood movie being shot this week but the security at the site wouldn’t tell me what it was.”

The Oxford Mail approached Oxfordshire County Council for comment to which the council confirmed that parking had been altered.
A spokesperson for the organisation said: "There’s no filming on highway land.
“We received requests for some parking suspensions linked to filming.”
The rumour mill has started to spin as to what the movie may be and who could be starring in the Hollywood flick.
One local suggested that it could well be a film that Guy Ritchie is making after spotting film crews at the University of Oxford.

“I saw something odd near Magdalen College, trees covered in camouflage netting and a huge green vehicle parked by the chapel,” they said.
“At the weekend someone said there was going to be filming for a Guy Richie film and everyone was getting annoyed because the buildings are being kept deliberately shut during peak tourist time.”
Others saw the funny side as another local said: “What with the LTNs, bus gates, speed humps, cameras and 20mph, it won't be Fast and Furious 14.”
Tom Cruise is filming his new Mission Impossible film, the eighth instalment in the series, in Oxfordshire.

The 61-year-old has previously been spotted at Oxfordshire sites including hanging onto the side of an aircraft after it flipped outside at a disused quarry near Wallingford.
This was to practice what has since been dubbed one of the most spectacular stunts in cinematic history.
Mr Cruise has also recently paid a visit to Oxford in the county for a day trip earlier this year on Sunday, June 16.
The A-lister was seen landing at a helipad in Battersea on Sunday following his summer outing to the historic city.
