MERHAWI ADHAMON, 31, of Northumberland Road, Maidstone, pleaded guilty to drink driving on the Eastern-By-Pass Road, Oxford on July 7 this year with 68 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was disqualified from driving for 18 months, reduced by 198 weeks for a course, and fined £120. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £48.
AARON BICKLEY, 24, of Ticknell Piece Road, Charlbury, pleaded guilty to drink driving in Oxford on July 7 this year with 74 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was disqualified from driving for 20 months, reduced by 20 weeks for a course, and fined £520. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £208.
JULIAN GUNNETT, 48, of Holes Bay Road Poole, pleaded guilty to four counts of fraud by false representation, two counts of theft from a person, and one count of possession of a Class B drug, namely cannabis on June 17 this year. On November 19 last year, on January 15, on February 26, and on April 29, he used bank cards belonging to someone else. On November 19, he stole a purse, on April 23 he stole a wallet, and on January 4 he stole a wallet. He was given a 12 week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months. There was also 30 rehabilitation activity days. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £154.
KELLY FLETCHER, 36, of Ridgefield Road, Oxford, pleaded guilty to two counts of drug driving in Woodstock Road, Gosford, Oxford on January 5 this year and one count of failing to provide a specimen for testing at Abingdon Police Station on May 14 this year. She was given a community order to complete six months of mental health treatment and 20 days of rehabilitation activity days. She was also disqualified from driving for 20 months. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £114.
JACK MOBEY, 19, of Wimborne Avenue, Banbury, pleaded guilty to driving on April 30 while disqualified, and receiving stolen goods on the same day – namely a Hyundai Matrix. He was jailed for 38 weeks at a youth offenders institute. There were no orders for costs.
