A SENTENCING hearing has been scheduled for a man caught recording someone under their clothing without their consent.
Gavin Gibson, of Isis Avenue, Bicester, appeared at Oxford Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday (August 13) charged with five counts.
The 46-year-old is charged with recording an image under someone’s clothing in Bicester on June 24, 2022.

He was also caught with an extreme pornographic image involving a dog, 69 Category A images of children, 53 Category B images, and 374 Category C images – all between September 14, 2021 and August 31, 2022 in Bicester.
Gibson pleaded guilty at his first hearing and his case has now been adjourned to be heard at Oxford Crown Court on October 10.
His case was adjourned for reports to be prepped.
