A housing provider has launched 43 one and two-bedroom shared ownership apartments in the centre of Henley.
The homes from SO Resi start from £81,250 for a 25 per cent share of a one-bed flat.
Buyers will be able to purchase their share with a 10 per cent deposit, which would be £8,125 for the one-bed flat.
They will then have the option to gradually increase their share through a process known as staircasing.
The apartments are designed to offer modern, low-maintenance living and include a dedicated parking space.
The development is surrounded by green space, with a communal garden, play areas and shops within easy reach.
All ground floor apartments feature their own enclosed terrace.
SO Resi's director of sales and marketing, Kevin Sims, said: "When buyers think of Henley-on-Thames, their immediate reaction will be to think of the river, attractive period homes and independent shops.
"These amenities, as well as proximity to London, make the town an attractive location for first-time buyers.
“After a quick search on Rightmove for properties in Henley and surrounding areas, SO Resi is currently the only affordable housing provider offering newly built shared ownership homes.
“This shows the chronic need of affordable homes in affluent towns like Henley, and therefore we are pleased to offer 43 homes for those looking to get a foot onto the property ladder in the town."
