Is Google and YouTube down? users report issues with loading and logging in

Users were quick to report issues with Google and other services with one user writing: "Google is literally not working at all right now."

Another user joked: "Google not working is so Internet Explorer coded."

Others noted that YouTube was not working with one person saying: "Off topic, it appears @YouTube is having some kind of issue. Site won't load for some, video's not loading or playing."

A second user asked: "Hi Youtube, why is Youtube loading so slow? And uploading takes so long than usual? I tried other sites, like Facebook or Twitter, there seems to be no problem. But with Youtube, it's so lagging and slow. Any issue at the moment?"
