THE sentencing for a dog owner whose Staffie injured two people at a park in Didcot, hospitalising them, has been delayed.
Dominic Jofirisi, 26, has been charged with two counts of being the owner of a dog dangerously out of control causing injury on September 27 last year.
He is also charged with being the owner of a dog dangerously out of control.

His dog, named Max, was dangerously out of control at Smallbone Recreation Ground in Britwell Road, Didcot and injured two people.
Police announced at the time the dog had been seized.
Jofirisi, of Berkeley Road, Newbury, was due to be sentenced Oxford Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday (August 6).
However, it has been adjourned until August 22 to be heard at Oxford Crown Court.
