A SENTENCING date has been delayed for a man found guilty of sexually assaulting a woman in Banbury.
Hargutake Basra, of Weston Street, Walsall, was due to be sentenced at Oxford Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday (August 7).
The 51-year-old is guilty of sexually assaulting a woman in Banbury on August 24 last year. She cannot be named for legal reasons.

He is also guilty of drink driving in Russett Street, Bodicote on October 16 last year with 157 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath.
Basra was convicted of the offences on November 21 and July 7 and was due to be sentenced on Wednesday.
However, the case has now been adjourned to take place at the same court on August 20.
