AYESHA CHAUDHURY, 49, of Lakeside, Oxford, pleaded guilty to drink driving in Woodstock Road, Oxford on June 6 this year with 112 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath as well as one count of driving without third party insurance. She was given a community order to complete 100 hours of unpaid work. She was disqualified from driving for 26 months, reduced by 26 weeks for a course. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £114.

KEN DALY, 58, of Bowmont Water, Didcot, pleaded guilty to drink driving in Broadway, Didcot on June 11 this year with 130 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He also pleaded guilty to being the driver of a vehicle and failing to stop when there was an accident on the same day. He was given a 12 week prison sentence, suspended for 24 months. He was also ordered to complete six months of alcohol treatment and six months of mental health treatment. He was disqualified from driving for 32 months, reduced by 32 works, and ordered to complete 80 hours of unpaid work. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £154.

STUART DUNBAR, 60, of Priory Road, Wantage, pleaded guilty to drink driving in Wantage on July 6 with 46 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months, reduced by three months for a course, and fined £500. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £200.

MICHAEL CLARKE, 58, of Iffley Road, Oxford, pleaded guilty to possession of a bladed article, namely a knife, in a public place on September 22 last year in Oxford. He also pleaded guilty to one count of criminal damage on the same day by damaging a car tyre to the value of £89. He was given a community order to complete up to 15 days of rehabilitation activity and to pay £89 in compensation. A forfeiture and destruction order was made for the knife. There were court costs of £400.

KYLE OLDFIELD, 20, of no fixed abode, indicated guilty to one count of possession of a bladed article, namely a folding lock knife, in Berkeley Avenue, Reading on June 25 this year. He was given a community order to complete nine days of rehabilitation activity and 150 hours of unpaid work. A forfeiture and destruction order was made for the knife. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £114.
