A group of three friends have channelled their inner Jeremy Clarkson by completing a Top Gear-style challenge of driving to Barcelona from Oxford.
Jay Anderson and his friends Reg and Paul embarked on the epic journey last month, covering a total of 1,443 miles across France, Italy and Spain.
The organisers set the group the target of finding a banger under £789 and Mr Anderson managed to find a Ford Mondeo for around £400.
With the help of team mechanic Reg and his workshop at Ox Autos, it was ready and designed in the style of a police car.

“We booked with TwoBall Rally for an epic 'Top Gear' style adventure,” said Mr Anderson.
“What an absolute weapon of a car this 2010 Mondeo with over 220,000 miles is.
“This machine took us from Oxford through France down to Italy and across to the Tour De France and into Barcelona.
“We take our hats off to you."
The expedition was in aid of raising money for local charity Sobell House Hospice and the group has currently raised over £1,700.

Sobell House was founded in 1976 and it provides specialist palliative and end-of-life care to adults living in Oxfordshire with a life-limiting illness, and support to their family and friends.
A statement on Sobell House's website says: "Since opening our doors, our building, services, and team have expanded, but our mission to enrich the lives of our patients and those who love and care for them remains the same.
"We help people to live well for as long as they can, and, when the time comes, help them have a ‘good death’.
"We aim to ensure that excellent palliative and end-of-life care is available to everybody in our community who needs it. Every year, we care for over 4,000 people and their loved ones."
