A site manager at a development in Benson has won a national award for the quality of the homes being built on site.
The National House Building Council presented Luke Marshall, who oversees construction at Chiltern Grange, with a Pride in the Job award.
Mr Marshall joined David Wilson Homes in December 2018 and has now secured his first Pride in the Job award.
He said: "I can’t begin to describe exactly how overjoyed I am to have been announced as a Pride in the Job winner for 2024, but what I can say is that I am hugely proud of the hard work and determination my team and I have displayed this year."
He added: "I believe we have won the award because we have come together as a team with the shared view of wanting to push what high standards look like."
Site managers from David Wilson Homes' parent company, Barratt Developments, won 89 Pride in the Job awards this year - more than any other housebuilder.
Campbell Gregg, managing director at David Wilson Homes Southern, said: "We’re so proud of Luke for achieving this prestigious Pride in the Job quality award.
"To have won more awards than any other housebuilder for 20 years in a row is an incredible achievement and underlines our commitment to building the very best new homes for our customers."
